Painful Apr. 14th, 2003|12:25 pm _random_ Went swimming Sunday morning, for the first time this year. Now my shoulder hurts. It's true what they say - exercise is bad for you. My boss ran the London Marathon yesterday. He knocked 10 minutes off his time from last year. Now I have to give him money. See - once again someone takes exercise and I suffer because of it...
