| | Not at the moment. | ] | Today has been a really 'bleugh' sort of day, at least until I got home and could relax. One of those days when it's difficult to focus on anything, which obviously had implications for how sharp I was at work... which was about as sharp as a butter knife. Still, all well now.
A benefit of the new computer: I'm able to revisit the games that we bought and never played because the 1997 W95 machine couldn't handle them. Have been playing Grim Fandango - cool name, atmospheric graphics, brilliant music. I'm stuck, of course :o)
PS: Does anyone actually know what "exanimate" means? |

Does anyone actually know what "exanimate" means?
Doesn't it mean 'dead'? As in 'used to be animate (alive)'? Or have I been wrong about that for years?
I've wondered the same thing......
I loved Grim Fandango - think i did okay on it actually - what are you stuck on?
Oh and i think Whitehart is kinda right - but for teh game doesn't it mean to kill someone who's already dead and get them out of Limbo?
Oh, I'm running around year two with no clear idea what's going on at the moment. But I'll get the hang of it. The 'exanimate' query isn't game-related - I just saw someone ( sintastic) use it in their journal and remembered that I'd wondered what it meant when I first saw it in the list.
To deprive of animation or of life.
There ya go =D | |
